Peter Elefson has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Peter started their career in 2005 as a General Secretary at One Challenge International before transitioning to the hotel industry. Peter worked at Montage Hotels & Resorts from 2006 to 2013, holding various roles such as Guest Reception Agent, Guest Reception Manager, Reservations Manager, and Revenue Manager. In 2013, they worked as a Revenue Management Consultant and Market Manager at independent companies. From 2014 to 2023, they worked at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, where they held roles including Account Director, Regional Director, Managing Director, and Vice President for the United States and Canada. In 2021, they joined Beyond Green as a Managing Director and Vice President. In 2023, they started working at Preferred Travel Group as an Area Managing Director.
Peter Elefson completed an Advanced Certificate in Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management from Cornell University's Professional Development Program (PDP) at the School of Hotel Administration in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences from Biola University in 2005.
