Gilbert Doumit

Gilbert Doumit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international partnerships, consulting, and education. Serving as the Managing Partner for International Partnerships at Beyond Group since 2009, Gilbert has played a key role in a multinational consulting firm operating across various regions. In addition, Gilbert is a Partner at Effiqual Canada, contributing to cultural transformation and leadership development. As a Visiting Lecturer at Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth, Gilbert teaches graduate courses in social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and intercultural learning. Gilbert also plays a significant role as a Board Member at the Centre for Lebanese Studies and as an Enabler at nafda Lebanon, advocating for social transformation through education. As a Founding and Honorary Member of INJAZ Lebanon, Gilbert supports youth entrepreneurship. With a diverse educational background including degrees from Yale University and Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Gilbert brings a wealth of knowledge to various consulting roles and leadership development programs internationally.
