Cody Thelen

Cody Thelen serves as the Head of Beef Division at Beyond Meat since 2022, also holding the position of Director of Global Supply Chain, focusing on inventory management, material and production planning, and enterprise technology partnerships. Prior to Beyond Meat, Cody worked at Target from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a Product Support team as Senior Manager of Inventory Systems, delivering a Machine Learning chatbot, and managing the development of proprietary inventory management systems as Lead Program Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Product Owner for Inventory Intelligence at Target and a Business Analyst, along with a consulting role at Kaiser Permanente in 2015-2016. Cody holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Research from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
