Fernando López is currently a Senior Partner Talent Acquisition & DEI at Beyond ONE, where they focus on reshaping digital ecosystems in high-growth markets. With over 13 years of experience in various industries, including IT, Telco, and E-commerce, they have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development across multiple countries. Previously, Fernando held key roles at Dell Technologies, Talabat, and adidas, leading teams and initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion within organizations. They are pursuing a degree in Business Administration in Human Resources at Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
