Matthew Summers is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and property management. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Beyond since July 2024, Matthew focuses on enhancing revenue and profitability for property managers and owners in the vacation rental sector using advanced dynamic pricing algorithms and real-time market data. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Property Manager and short-term rental owner at Sunshine Coast Getaways from January 2019 to May 2024, and an Enterprise Account Executive at ThoughtExchange, where recognition included the Top Enterprise Account Executive Award in FY21.
