Specialist independent recruitment agency connecting exceptional finance and accounting professionals with outstanding opportunities.

With over 16 years of experience in recruitment, Beyond Talent was founded to provide a more personal, consultative, and flexible approach to hiring.

What sets Beyond Talent apart is a deep understanding of both the recruitment industry and the finance sector. We go beyond the CV, taking the time to truly understand the needs of businesses and the aspirations of candidates. This ensures long-term placements that create real value, rather than just quick hires.

With personal experience working in both large Plcs, SMEs, and startup environments, we know that recruitment isn’t just about filling roles - it’s about building lasting relationships, providing honest advice, and ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.

Whether you're a business looking for top finance professionals or a candidate seeking your next opportunity, Beyond Talent is here to help.
