Beyond the Badge LLC is a Colorado-based training and consulting organization dedicated to strengthening law enforcement families and the agencies that support them. Founded by law enforcement family members, we believe true officer wellness extends beyond the badge — reaching the spouses, children, and support systems who serve in their own way every day.

We partner with agencies across the country to design and deliver customized programs that promote family engagement, improve retention, and enhance long-term wellbeing for first responders and their loved ones. Our services include Family Academy development and certification, peer support and mentoring program design, and wellness and resilience training for departments of all sizes.
