We’re Jo Brigden-Jones and Holly Lincoln-Smith - two Olympians who’ve spent over 35 years between us chasing excellence, pushing limits, and learning what it truly takes to rise, fall, and rise again.
 
Through our careers in elite sport, we’ve experienced the full spectrum of what it means to compete at the highest level - the glory of standing on world stages, and the quiet battles behind the scenes that no one sees. Along the way, we discovered that the mindset needed to succeed in sport isn’t all that different from what’s needed to succeed in life.
 
We created Beyond the Finish Line to share what we’ve learned, not just the wins, but the lessons that came from the hardest moments. We believe that mindset is everything. And we believe it can be taught.
