Beyond the Script is a boutique recruiting and sales training firm helping early-stage and scaling startups build high-performing go-to-market teams.

We specialize in GTM recruiting, with a primary focus on sales, marketing and customer facing roles. Our approach is highly consultative and hands-on — acting as an outsourced recruiting extension for founders and leaders in early growth mode. We don’t run volume searches; we run targeted, high-conviction searches that prioritize both proven track record and the intangibles that actually drive performance.

In addition to recruiting, we design and deliver custom sales training tailored to each organization's sales motion, buyers, and growth stage. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf methodologies, our approach blends proven sales frameworks with what we call Sales Charge—the fuel behind great selling. Sales Charge is the combination of mindset, confidence, preparation, curiosity, and consistent execution that transforms knowledge into performance.

We work with teams at every level—from SDRs and Account Executives to frontline managers and sales leaders—building practical, highly interactive training programs that reinforce the skills, behaviors, and habits that drive long-term success. We also partner with companies on larger initiatives including sales kickoffs (SKOs), leadership offsites, onboarding programs, mergers & acquisitions, and custom enablement workshops.

At Beyond the Script, we believe great sales teams aren’t built by accident — they’re drafted intentionally and developed continuously. We help companies do both.
