Nate Lee

Nate Lee is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Executive in Residence at Scale Venture Partners, Nate focuses on evaluating the generative AI security market and identifying investment opportunities. In addition, Nate holds positions as Chief Information Security Officer at Valence and MileIQ, and leads AI Technology Risk Leadership at the Cloud Security Alliance. As the Founder and Chief Information Security Officer of Cloudsec.ai, Nate provides strategic security services to software-first companies. Furthermore, Nate oversees the security program at Beyond Work and contributes to the Merritt College Cybersecurity Program as an advisory board member and guest lecturer. Previously, Nate served as Chief Information Security Officer at Tradeshift, where responsibilities included overseeing the security of the SaaS FinTech platform, and held various operational leadership roles at Fuze and Target Corporation. Nate’s educational background includes studies at the University of Minnesota.
