Allen W. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Allen currently works as a Strategic Business Analyst at BeyondEdge. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategic Architect at Baicells Technologies, where they focused on business development and network evolution in the field of CBRS, LAA, Private LTE Network, Wireless Network Architecture, and Deployment.

Before Baicells Technologies, Allen held positions at Huawei, where they served as the Director of Broadband Access, overseeing HFC network migration and PON, and as a Sr. Product Manager. Allen also worked at TXP Corporation as a PON System Architect, responsible for product concept and architecture, project management, and DSL Forum representation.

Earlier in their career, Allen worked at Siemens Fixed Network as a GPON System Architect, focusing on GPON prototype system design and development, product strategy, and access network issue analysis. Allen also worked at Siemens ICN, where they held the roles of Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and Chief Architect, leading GPON prototype system development, BPON product development, and a design team for a GR-253 compliant SONET interface subsystem.

Allen's career began at Rockwell International, where they served as a Technical Team Leader, and later at DSC Communications Corporation as a Design Engineer.
