Curtis Douglas

Curtis Douglas has over 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Curtis started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Alcatel Network Systems in 1992 and held various roles such as Project Manager and Product Application Engineer. Curtis then worked at SpectraSite as a Field Service Test Engineer and managed E911 compliance projects. At SBC, they were an Implementation Test Engineer, responsible for developing test procedures and creating software tools for pre-deployment testing. Curtis joined Ericsson in 2005 and worked as a Network Engineer and Network Engineer IV, where they designed and configured networks for major clients including Metro PCS and AT&T. In 2016, they worked as an Optical Senior System Verification Test Engineer at Xtera Communications, where they designed and tested large capacity DWDM transport networks. Curtis is currently working at iPhotonix as a System Test Engineer.

Curtis Douglas attended Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge from 1986 to 1991. The specific degree and field of study they pursued during this time are unknown.
