Roger Bustad

Roger Bustad is currently a Production Manager at Beyonder, where they oversee production processes. With a strong background in welding and machine operation, Roger started their career at Schlumberger, progressing to leadership roles such as Production Supervisor and Production Team Leader. Prior experience includes serving as a Workshop Manager at Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel AS and as a Foreman at Gmc Maritime AS. Roger also has military experience as an instructor at KNM Harald Haarfagre, where they contributed to training recruits. They completed their apprenticeship and welding education between 2001 and 2003.
