Harsha R. began their work experience as a Software Engineer at Serenity Infotech, Inc. in September 2017. They worked in this role until August 2018.

In August 2018, Harsha joined OneTrust as a Software Engineer specializing in Angular development. They made significant contributions to various areas and successfully delivered code for web applications. Harsha also created and maintained Angular libraries, focusing on modular and reusable component development. They had the opportunity to work with micro frontend architecture, optimizing scalability and enhancing overall performance. Harsha worked at OneTrust for nearly 4 years, until June 2022.

Currently, Harsha is a Software Engineer at BeyondMenu, where they design and build web applications using ReactJs, Next js, JavaScript, NodeJS, and Angular. They collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX teams to translate requirements into high-quality products.

Harsha R. pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur from 2010 to 2014. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Harsha R. earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
