Assraf Kamaruddin

Assraf Kamaruddin is a Senior Cloud Engineer and Cloud Solution Architect currently supporting Microsoft through Beyondsoft. With over a decade of experience in Unified Communications, they previously held roles such as Unified Communication Engineer at Johnson Matthey and Systems Support Administrator at Beicip-Franlab Asia. Assraf's expertise includes planning and managing Microsoft Teams telephony migrations, configuring network environments, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance technology architectures. They earned a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Technology MARA and a Master's degree in Project Management from Open University Malaysia.
