Gracie Leung

Gracie Leung has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and resource management. Gracie started their career as a Web Editor at PConline in 2001, where they were responsible for spreading the Recruiting Channel of the website and recommending the recruiting system to IT companies. Gracie also worked on webpage designing, information updating, and system improving. In 2003, they joined Career International as a Senior Recruiting Specialist, focusing on recruitment projects in South China for FMCG and Manufacturing industry positions. Their responsibilities included analyzing recruitment requirements, searching for suitable candidates, evaluating them through interviews, and providing professional reports and suggestions to clients. Gracie also arranged interviews, negotiated offers, and followed up with onboarded candidates. In 2007, Gracie Leung moved to Achievo, where they served as a Resource Manager/Recruiting Manager until 2012. Their role involved managing resources and recruiting, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. In 2012, they transitioned to Beyondsoft (Original Achievo) as the GZITBG Recruiting Manager, and they are currently holding this position.

Gracie Leung obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from City University of Macau from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Guangzhou University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Teacher Education.
