Jeff Bostwick

Jeff Bostwick is an experienced operations and customer service leader with a comprehensive background in managing global support teams and customer service initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Command Center at Beyondsoft, Jeff oversees workforce management and real-time monitoring for a Fortune 100 company's customer service ecosystem. Prior to Beyondsoft, Jeff held the position of Director Customer Support for the Americas at Nintex, where management of support teams for various products was central to the role. With a long tenure at Microsoft, Jeff operated as Sr Director of Consumer Customer Service and Support, directing global teams and overseeing significant budgets for consumer products, including Windows and Xbox. Jeff's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Washington and coursework towards a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Seattle University.
