Josh Krohn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Josh started their career in 2002 at US Airways, where they worked in Group and Meeting Sales for two years. Josh then moved on to Holland America Line, where they served as the General Manager/Director of Marketing from 2005 to 2010.

In 2010, Josh joined Microsoft as a Sr. Group Manager, and they held this role until 2017. During their time at Microsoft, they contributed to various projects and initiatives.

After leaving Microsoft, Josh joined Samsung Electronics in 2017 as a Program Manager, where they provided consulting services for global e-commerce sales operations in the Home Appliance division. Josh focused on strategic growth strategies, tactical planning, and global best practices implementation.

In 2018, Josh returned to Microsoft as a Program Manager, working on the initial inside sales operations for the Tech for Social Impact initiative. Josh delivered global territory plans, defined KPIs, and integrated start-up models into global tools and analytics platforms.

In 2019, Josh worked for Electronic Arts (EA) as a Program Manager, consulting on E-Commerce merchandising and inbound B2C sales. Josh successfully delivered strategic growth strategies and drove process and policy changes.

Currently, Josh is the Director of Service Delivery at Beyondsoft, leading a global operations team of over 100 individuals. Josh is responsible for strategic growth strategy, change management, and tactical planning. Josh has overseen a significant increase in headcount and has successfully delivered projects on time and under budget for clients, including Microsoft.

Josh Krohn attended Fork Union Military Academy from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a College Prep degree. Following this, they enrolled at Old Dominion University from 1993 to 1997, although no specific degree or field of study information is available.
