Poh Suan Chng

Poh Suan Chng, PMP has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Software Test Engineer at Pactera, where they performed documentation review, developed test cases, and collaborated with the Project Lead on testing resources. In 2011, they became a Project Lead, responsible for leading a software testing project and creating project plans. From 2013 to 2018, Poh Suan Chng served as an Assistant Project Manager at Pactera, where they managed accounts and teams, encouraged team input, and rewarded team members for their efforts. Currently, they hold the role of Account Delivery Manager at Beyondsoft, where they manage and delivers multiple accounts, develops customer relationships, and achieves business targets.

Poh Suan Chng, PMP, has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information System from Murdoch University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Information Technology with a specialization in Intermedia/Multimedia from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Poh Suan Chng has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2018. Poh Suan also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2017. Furthermore, they have an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from QT&T Consulting (Asia) Pte. Ltd., obtained in 2011.
