Roger Zhang

Roger Zhang is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Beyondsoft. Roger has over 25 years of experience in the software development and IT industry. Roger was previously the Co-founder and VP of Engineering Service at Beyondsoft, where they were responsible for the company's critical projects with key clients in the US and MNC China subsidiary. Roger was deeply involved in the full life cycle of R&D engineering projects, from design and development to quality assurance and globalization/localization. Roger was also responsible for front-end client engagement, including the RFI/RFP process and technical discussion. Roger was a pioneer in developing and fostering new technical and service capabilities to expedite new businesses. Roger also established and managed the first offshore delivery center. Roger defined the process, methodology and identified/developed tools for the outsourced project delivery and management. Roger also led the development of Beyondsoft's delivery management system for service execution excellence.

Roger Zhang has a Master in Computer Science and Engineering from Beihang University as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same school.

Their manager is Bin Wang, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with and Marilyn Chen - CFO, North America.
