Sharon Loh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sharon is currently the Head of Americas Marketing at Beyondsoft, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Neo4j as a Senior Product Marketing Manager from May 2022 to December 2022. At Neo4j, Sharon led product-led growth (PLG) product marketing and focused on driving a frictionless customer experience.

In 1996, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communications from the Management Development Institute of Singapore. Prior to that, they earned a Business Studies Diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1993.

In terms of additional certifications, Sharon obtained a B2B Messaging course certification from Wynter in March 2023.
