Sharon Loh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sharon is currently the Head of Americas Marketing at Beyondsoft, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Neo4j as a Senior Product Marketing Manager from May 2022 to December 2022. At Neo4j, Sharon led product-led growth (PLG) product marketing and focused on driving a frictionless customer experience.

Before joining Neo4j, Sharon worked at Microsoft as a Product Marketing Manager from August 2018 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for Azure product marketing and had a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and driving customer retention.

Sharon had a previous stint at Beyondsoft from May 2017 to August 2018, where they held the position of Sr. Marketing Manager. Sharon also worked at Microsoft in various contract roles from 2006 to 2014, including Project Manager, Through Partner Marketing Lead, Field Marcom Lead, and Customer Service/Support.

Additionally, Sharon has experience outside of Microsoft, having worked as a Loans Officer at First Tech Credit Union from October 2004 to June 2006. Before moving to the United States, they worked as a self-employed Marketing Communications Manager in Singapore, specializing in project management for various companies from June 2001 to March 2004.

Sharon Loh completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Media Management from the University of South Australia in 2000. In 1996, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communications from the Management Development Institute of Singapore. Prior to that, they earned a Business Studies Diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1993.

In terms of additional certifications, Sharon obtained a B2B Messaging course certification from Wynter in March 2023. Sharon also obtained multiple certifications from Appcues in March 2023, including Free-to-Paid Conversion, Product Launches 101, User Onboarding 101, and Value-First Onboarding.
