Luis Cárdenas

Luis Cárdenas has been working in the Telecommunications and Information Security Solutions market since 2013. Luis began their career as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder Director/CFO at Beyondtech, Inc. where they were responsible for the economic strategy and forecasting of the company, sales, marketing, and positioning Beyondtech, Inc solutions and products in the United States market. In 2013, they became the Director General at GENTEQUEIMPORTA C.A. where they were responsible for the long-term financial planning of the organization, managing budget processes, analyzing budgets, and reporting results. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Analyst of Public Policies at ODH Grupo Consultor where they were responsible for the creation of various reports and analyses of the Venezuelan and Latin American economic, fiscal, monetary, and public policies. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Research Intern at Ecoanalítica where they wrote short summaries about the monetary and exchange rate policies for weekly and monthly deliveries, collaborated in the creation of econometric models, and wrote and edited various reports.

Luis Cárdenas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Colegio Nuestra Señora de la paz between 1997 and 2000. Luis then went on to obtain an Economist degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello between 2005 and 2010. Finally, they received a Master's degree in Desarrollo Económico y Políticas Públicas from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2012.
