Bruce Grainger

Bruce Grainger currently serves as the Managing Operating Partner at Francisco Partners, a global investment firm focused on technology and technology-enabled businesses since January 2015. In addition to this role, Bruce is a member of the Board of Trustees and serves on the Advancement and Finance Sub Committees at Husson University since July 2024. Bruce's extensive board experience includes positions at Payscale, Operative, BeyondTrust, Vendavo, and ClickSoftware, with successful company exits to Oracle and Salesforce. Prior to these roles, Bruce held leadership positions at Oracle Corporation and Portal Software, with a strong focus on driving growth and customer success in the Americas. Bruce earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Husson University between 1986 and 1990.
