Dean Pe’Er

Dean Pe'er currently serves as the Growth Marketing Director at BeyondTrust, responsible for managing marketing and revenue operations following the acquisition of Entitle, where Dean previously held the position of Head of Product Marketing. Demonstrating a strong track record, Dean achieved 102% of the pipeline generation target post-acquisition and exceeded the marketing-sourced pipeline target by 137% during the pre-acquisition phase. Additionally, Dean is the founder of Security Awards Guru, a platform assisting cybersecurity marketers in navigating the awards landscape. Past roles include Marketing Team Leader at CYE, Marketing Manager at OTORIO, Brand Strategist at Awesome, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Technion, Content Manager at Technion Knowledge Center for Innovation, and Lab Manager at the University of Haifa's Multicultural Psychology Lab. Dean holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Technion and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Haifa.
