Deidre McInnis

Deidre McInnis has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources, compensation, benefits, and payroll. Deidre is currently working at BeyondTrust as the VP of Total Rewards. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at BeyondTrust (formerly known as Bomgar Corporation). Prior to joining BeyondTrust, Deidre held different positions at Bomgar Corporation, including Sr. Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Compensation and Benefits, Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Compensation and Benefits Administrator. Before joining Bomgar Corporation, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Administrator at Athlon Pharmaceuticals and as a Payroll Analyst at Belk. Deidre also gained experience as a Program Director at Ridgeland Pointe Assisted Living and as a Payroll Manager at Mid-Delta Home Health & Hospice. Their career began at the Alzheimer's Association, where they worked as a Helpline Coordinator.

Deidre McInnis has studied Business Administration at Belhaven University and Accounting at Hinds Community College. Deidre has also obtained a United Kingdom Payroll Management Certification from the American Payroll Association in 2013. In addition, they have pursued certifications in Global Payroll Management and Retirement Plan Management Training and Certification.
