Des Maliaka

Des Maliaka, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, sales, and client experience. Currently serving as a Migrations Account Executive at BeyondTrust since February 2024, Des has also taken on roles as a Sales Development Representative II and Sales Development Representative. As the Owner of F45 Training Hydrostone since January 2023, Des combines entrepreneurship with a commitment to operational excellence. Previous experience includes Project Manager and Client Experience Specialist at HeroX, where Des ensured positive client experiences across various projects. As a co-founder and COO of Sustainably Stocked, Des focused on reducing plastic waste through sustainable choices. Involvement with Venture for Canada allowed Des to support Canadian startups, while leadership roles at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and the Canadian Olympic Committee further showcase Des's skills in event planning and strategic partnerships. Des holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and additional degrees in management and entrepreneurial management.
