Elizabeth True is a seasoned professional in user experience and customer experience research with a robust background in understanding user needs and advocating for design improvements across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff CX Researcher at BeyondTrust since March 2021, Elizabeth has previously held significant roles including Senior UX Researcher at Plex Systems, Inc. and UX Specialist at ZF Group. Elizabeth's expertise encompasses conducting generative and evaluative research, such as empathy interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user-centered design.
