In addition to a professional career in technology, Ellen is a historical science fiction novelist, known for the Jamie Poole Diaries and the Jamie Poole Books series, which reflect a deep commitment to historical accuracy informed by extensive research. Additionally, Ellen has a longstanding background as a genealogist and historian since the early 1970s, reconnecting families through historical documents. Ellen holds a degree in English Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, completed in 1991.
