Helen B. has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as VP of Customer Success at BeyondTrust since December 2016, with prior roles including VP of Retention & Growth and various director and senior management positions within the Renewals division for EMEA and APAC. Helen B. has a solid background in customer success management, having started in the field with Avecto, which was acquired by Bomgar and later became BeyondTrust. Additionally, prior to BeyondTrust, experience includes roles in new business development at Royal London and customer service as a cabin crew member with Emirates. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool and the Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès.
