Jim Ortbals

Jim Ortbals is a seasoned executive in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems at BeyondTrust since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Vice President of Global Channels at Deep Instinct from May 2023 to November 2024, leading global routes-to-market for partners. With extensive experience at Zscaler, Zerto, and VMware, Jim has a strong background in channel sales, cloud sales, and market development, focusing on partnerships with major service providers and distributors. Jim's earlier roles include leadership positions at VOSS Solutions, Allot Communications, Cisco, and Sylantro Systems. Jim holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Miami University, completed in 1998.
