John Chandler

Technical Account Manager

John Chandler has extensive experience in technical support and account management within the IT industry. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at BeyondTrust since May 2017, John has held various technical roles, including Technical Escalations Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to BeyondTrust, John worked at Quest Software for nearly seven years as an Enterprise Technical Support Advisor, providing advanced support for the Windows Management product line. Earlier in his career, John held positions such as Technical Service Manager at the Center for Arts and Technology, where responsibilities included network design and maintenance, Network Support at CDI College, and Technical Instructor at COMPUCOLLEGE, where courseware development and hands-on training were key responsibilities. John holds a Computer Networking Diploma (with Honours) from Keyin College.
