Josh M.

Josh M. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Josh started their career as an IT Intern at North Suffolk Mental Health in 2011 and later worked as an IT Contractor at IntelaWEB in 2014. Josh then joined Northern Essex Community College as a Supplemental Instruction for Mathematics and IT Help Desk staff in 2012 before transitioning to roles in the cybersecurity industry. Josh worked as a Systems Administrator at Kaspersky Lab from 2014 to 2016, where they gained experience in managing lab environments and providing technical support. Josh then progressed to become an Inside Systems Engineer and Associate Partner Pre-Sales Manager at Kaspersky Lab, where they showcased their technical expertise and ability to support sales activities. In 2018, they joined Avecto as a Technical Solutions Specialist before moving to BeyondTrust in 2019. At BeyondTrust, Josh's roles have included Solutions Engineer, Sr. Solutions Engineer, Lead Solutions Engineer, and currently, Director of Solutions Engineering. Their work experience demonstrates their growth in technical roles and leadership positions within the cybersecurity industry.

Josh M. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology with a Business minor from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Northern Essex Community College between 2010 and 2014. Josh completed their high school education at North Andover High School from 2005 to 2009, graduating with a Diploma in General Studies. In addition, Josh has obtained certifications in Computer Aided Drafting, Computer Applications, and Information Technology Fluency from Northern Essex Community College in 2014.
