Laura Edwards-Lassner

Laura Edwards-Lassner has a diverse work experience in HR and talent management spanning over two decades. Laura currently holds the position of VP, Talent Management at BeyondTrust since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Avecto (Bomgar / BeyondTrust) as an HR Business Partner from February 2018 to January 2019. Laura also served as the Manager, Human Resources at Charles River Development from October 2016 to February 2018. In addition, Laura has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Corporate Technologies from May 2015 to October 2016, and as an HR Manager at Nuance Communications from May 2011 to May 2015. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Local Motion, Inc. from February 2005 to June 2011, and as a Human Resources Administrator at Aggregate Industries from November 2003 to February 2005. Laura began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Funk Software from April 2001 to February 2003.
