Mark Geoffriau

Mark Geoffriau has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and support. Mark most recently worked at BeyondTrust, where they held roles as the VP of Cloud Operations, VP of Support Operations and Cloud Operations, Director of Support Operations and Cloud Operations, Technical Support Manager, and Lead Technical Support Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Bomgar Corporation as a Lead Customer Support Engineer and Customer Support Engineer. Before entering the technology industry, Mark worked at Sta-Home as a Product and Logistics Support Analyst. Mark began their career at Lemuria Bookstore as an Inventory Manager.

Mark Geoffriau, CISSP, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, which they completed by 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Belhaven University in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Mark has also obtained several certifications, including eJPT from eLearnSecurity in 2019, CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification from CompTIA in 2018, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2018. Mark also has certifications in ITIL Foundation 2011, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, CompTIA Network+ ce, and CompTIA Security+ ce, which were obtained in different years.
