Matthew Prewitt

Matthew Prewitt has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matthew started their career at Skyhawke Technologies as a Systems Support Specialist from May 2011 to April 2013. Matthew then joined Business Communications, Inc. and held various roles, including Collaboration Engineer I from May 2013 to September 2014, Collaboration Engineer II from September 2014 to October 2017, Collaboration Engineer III from October 2017 to August 2019, Managed Services Team Manager from August 2019 to March 2020, and Practice Director - Collaboration from March 2020 to August 2020. Matthew's most recent role at Business Communications, Inc. was as a Collaboration Engineer III from March 2020 to March 2021.

Currently, Matthew is employed at BeyondTrust as a Cloud Operations Engineer, a role they have held since May 2021. Matthew has recently been promoted to Lead Cloud Operations Engineer, starting from July 2023.

Matthew Prewitt attended Hinds Community College from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Psychology and Music. Matthew then transferred to Mississippi College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. In terms of certifications, Matthew obtained various Cisco certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA-C), in 2017. Matthew also achieved certifications such as Network+ from CompTIA in July 2013 and A+ in November 2012. Additionally, Matthew holds a certification in MCTS: Windows 7 Configuration from Microsoft.
