Michael Box

Michael Box, PMP, serves as the Data Management Manager and Lead in Data Governance at BeyondTrust since February 2022, overseeing the establishment of working groups to ensure the accuracy and completeness of metadata in business glossaries and data catalogs. Previously, Michael held the position of Project Manager at Tower Loan, driving company-wide initiatives and collaborating with executive leadership on project prioritization. At the University of Mississippi Medical Center, spanning over 13 years, Michael advanced through various roles including Manager of Enterprise Informatics and Analytics, where responsibilities included managing operational activities, developing strategic initiatives, and enhancing technical solutions for enterprise data warehousing. Michael's early career included leadership positions at the Mississippi Department of Employment Security, focusing on systems support and infrastructure improvements. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics and Information Management and a Master's in Mathematics, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Millsaps College.
