Nancy Scanlon currently serves as Senior Manager of Technical Communications at BeyondTrust since January 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in knowledge content strategy, technical writing, and management. Nancy has a proven track record in creating and implementing knowledge management systems, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and developing technical documentation. Previous roles include Knowledge Manager at Axiad, where Nancy successfully deployed an enterprise-level Knowledge Center, and Technical Writing Consultant at Degreed, recognized with the 2022 CEO Award for exceptional leadership. Nancy's diverse skill set includes UX writing, business analysis, and content localization, supported by a B.A. in English and Professional Writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge.
