Nathan Dean

Nathan Dean possesses extensive experience in customer retention and growth within the public sector, currently serving as Director at BeyondTrust since July 2018. In this role, Nathan leads a team of retention specialists and implements proactive communication strategies to engage at-risk customers. Prior to this position, Nathan held various roles, including Regional Renewals Manager and Senior Renewals Manager, where responsibilities included managing renewal teams, executing negotiation strategies, and collaborating across departments to improve processes. Nathan's earlier career includes roles in sales and business development at RentPath and PureCars, where success in demand generation and lead management was consistently demonstrated. Additionally, Nathan served as a Personal Financial Management Course Instructor, contributing to financial literacy education. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking from Appalachian State University.
