Neil Proctor has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Neil started their career at Premises Networks Management as a Network Administrator and IT Manager, where they provided support for the company's ICT infrastructure and managed a team. Neil later became the Technical Support Manager, responsible for the Helpdesk and Technical Helpdesk, and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers. Neil then joined KOREC Group as an IT Manager, where they oversaw ICT operations across multiple locations. Currently, they are working at BeyondTrust, where they have held roles such as IT Manager, Director of IT Services, Senior Director of IT Service Management, and currently serves as the VP of IT Service Management.
Neil Proctor earned an HND degree in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from Blackpool & The Fylde College, which they attended from 1993 to 1995. In addition, they obtained certifications including PRINCE2 Practitioner in May 2011 and Microsoft Certified Professional in 2003. Neil also achieved the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in 2001.
