Rich Irving is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical management, currently serving as the VP of Customer Support Experience at BeyondTrust since July 2012. Rich has held various leadership roles within the company, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through cross-functional collaboration and technical support excellence. Prior to BeyondTrust, Rich was employed at Cobham Surveillance as a Product Testing Manager and at NetPro as a Quality Assurance Engineer, among other positions in quality assurance and product management. Rich's career began in the Department of National Defence as a Sergeant in the Military Police. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Saint Mary's University and a degree in Applied Information Technology.
