Tal Guest

Tal Guest has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Starting in 1998, Tal worked as a Systems Administrator for the Mississippi Oil and Gas Board, where they were responsible for technical operations and provided recommendations for IT needs. Tal then moved on to Venture Technologies in 2000, where they served as a Data Center Engineer, Exchange Administrator, and Lotus Administrator, developing email solutions and overseeing smooth transitions between email systems. In 2003, Tal joined L3 Communications Vertex Aerospace as a Lead Systems Engineer and later became the Manager of Network Services, overseeing network infrastructure and resolving connectivity issues. Tal then joined Bomgar Corporation in 2008, where they held several roles including Senior Product Engineer, Senior Product Manager for Security Products, and Principal Product Manager. In these positions, Tal led product development, collaborated with Fortune 500 security teams, and contributed to portfolio expansion through acquisitions. Currently, Tal is the Senior Director of Product Management at BeyondTrust, leading a team to enhance privileged access management and develop strategic business plans. Tal is also responsible for leading the FedRAMP accreditation strategic initiative.

Tal Guest attended Mississippi State University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in MIS with a concentration in Business Information Systems. In addition, they completed a program in Product Strategy at Kellogg Executive Education.
