Melissa Leiting

Melissa (Missy) Leiting currently serves as the VP of Operations, Finance, and Planning at Beyond Type 1 since February 2023 and has extensive experience in finance and operations, notably as a founding team member and COO of Zeel, a high-growth global wellness brand. Additional roles include VP of Finance and Administration at German Accelerator, advisor at Primary Venture Partners, and member of the Operators Guild, an exclusive network for leaders in high-growth sectors. Previously, Melissa held finance management positions at GrubHub and Dotmenu, where significant contributions led to increased revenue and successful acquisitions. Melissa began the professional journey as an Executive Assistant at Solomon Page Group after earning a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
