Bethany Ayers

Bethany Ayers is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for BeyondWords and ToffeeX, and Chief Revenue Officer at DeepOpinion, Bethany has a strong background in customer experience and growth strategy, demonstrated during tenure as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Peak. As the founder of Multiply Group, Bethany provides strategy consulting for VC-backed B2B cloud companies. Additional contributions include advisory roles at Women in Customer Success and previous board position at Tech Nation, focusing on attracting global tech talent to the UK. Bethany is also active as a Co-Host of the Operations Room podcast and has participated in the Sales Psyche community to foster well-being in sales. Academically, Bethany holds a BA in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Columbia University.
