James MacLeod has an extensive work experience spanning over 13 years. In 2007, they began their career as a Junior Online Reporter at The Daily Telegraph. In 2010, they held dual Account Assistant positions at Shine and Freud Communications. In 2012, they were a Sales assistant at Ikon Communications, and in 2013, they Co-Founded Clippet News Ltd. In 2015, they founded Dash Digital, and in 2017, they were a Venture Associate at Macdoch Ventures. Most recently, in 2018, they Co-Founded and became the COO of BeyondWords (formerly SpeechKit), a company which combines the latest AI voice technology with a robust publishing toolkit to provide frictionless audio.
James MacLeod attended Cass Business School from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a field of study in International Business.
