Paul Demand

Paul DeMand is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various global organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at ShawKwei & Partners since 2021, Paul also holds positions on the Board of Directors for multiple global tech and industrial companies in Asia. Previous roles include CEO of COSMO and EQT Group, along with Group President at Kennametal, overseeing significant divisions with substantial revenues and employee bases. Additionally, Paul was a Senior VP and Division President at Johnson Electric, and has held multiple managerial and executive positions at General Motors. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
