Beyop is the verification layer for K-12 community service hours.

Schools have always tracked service-learning hours on paper slips, signed forms, and spreadsheets. It's slow to collect, easy to fake, and a constant source of "how many hours do I have?" emails to counselors. Beyop replaces all of it with one system.

Students log their hours from any device. The outside supervisor who oversaw the service, like the food-bank coordinator or the coach, confirms it with a single click from an email link, and verified hours are approved automatically. Staff stop chasing paper. Students always know exactly where they stand. Administrators get real-time, exportable totals by graduating class, ready for school boards and grant reports.

Built to fit how each school actually works: turn modules on or off, distribute review across counselors and trusted student ambassadors, import existing records from a spreadsheet, and export your data anytime. No lock-in.

Beyop is live in a California public school district, with thousands of verified hours logged.
