Niels Andela

Niels Andela is a seasoned professional in remote sensing with extensive experience in academia and research. Currently serving as the Head of Remote Sensing at BeZero Carbon since June 2022, Niels previously held the position of Senior Remote Sensing Scientist. At Cardiff University, Niels worked as a Lecturer from July 2020 to June 2022. Prior to this, Niels spent five years at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where roles included Assistant Research Professor and Postdoctoral Research Scholar. Niels began a career as a Project Scientist at VU Amsterdam from September 2012 to May 2015.
