Melissa Fields is an experienced program manager and leader with over 15 years of expertise in talent development and leadership training. Currently serving as the Head of School at Bezos Academy and a consultant and leadership coach, Melissa has a proven track record of managing high-performing schools and implementing effective learning and development solutions. Previously, Melissa worked as the CEO and Practitioner at Neurobella Brain Integration and held various roles at Acorn Montessori Charter Schools, contributing to systemic programs and teacher development. Melissa also has experience as a Capacity Building Coach for the Arizona Department of Education and as an Education Program Manager with the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. Melissa earned a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and is pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration.
