Krystal Minor

Krystal Minor started their work experience in 2006 at Hearst Television as a Senior Producer until 2011. In 2012, they joined bfac.com as the Executive Director of Customer Service, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. In 2014, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at bfac.com, where they were in charge of the daily operations of the company and provided innovative ideas to clients.

Krystal Minor pursued their education at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting.
