Nicky Ness has extensive experience in broadcasting and entertainment services, particularly for HM Forces audiences. They served as Station Manager at BFBS from 1991 to 2003 and later held the position of Director of Broadcasting & Entertainment for the organization in 2009. Previously, Nicky coordinated projects for the Holiday Care Service from 1989 to 1991. They earned BA Hons degrees in English Literature and Media as well as English and Drama from King Alfred's College, and completed the Queens Executive Programme in Organizational Leadership at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2015.
